This is the second bail application. On instruction from Mr. R.A. Yadav, (PSI), Baramati City police station, the learned prosecutor submits the police have received a report of the examination of the seized GC notes from Nashik Currency Printing Press. The said report is in sealed packet and it was already placed before the learned Sessions Judge on 20th May, 2015.

As the report of the Currency Printing Press, Nashik is not opened yet, the learned Sessions Judge to open the sealed packet and after considering the report whether the seized GC notes Vishal 1 of 2

1-ba-1649-2015.doc are fake currency notes or not, the trial Court may consider the bail application, if filed by the applicant. It is to be noted that this is the second bail application placed before this Court. Already the first bail application is rejected on merits. 3.

Accordingly the application stands disposed of.
