Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the matter is settled on condition that the Respondent husband has to pay some lump sum amount.

He submits that he received instructions to withdraw the Application with permission to file afresh, in case the Respondent husband fails to pay the agreed amount. Same is allowed.

The Misc. Civil Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
