24-WP-8881-15.doc already taken the possession of the flat No. 1102 allotted to her and she is residing in the said flat No. 1102. It is also not disputed before the Court that all the flats on the lower floors have already been allotted. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition to stand dismissed. 2.

In the event, for perfecting the title of the Petitioner in respect of the said flat No. 1102, if any documents are required to be executed, the same shall be executed by the Respondents at the earliest.
