The Applicant had earlier approached this Court by filing Criminal Bail Application No.661 of 2021. After arguing for sometime when this Court had expressed its disinclination to grant relief, the Application was unconditionally withdrawn.

There is no substantial change shown from that order dated 1st March, 2021 except that the trial has not commenced as submitted by the learned counsel for the Applicant. 3.

In this view of the matter, though I am not entertaining this Application, the learned trial Court is directed to commence the trial as early as possible and conclude it within a period of eight months from today.

The Application is disposed of.
