Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR No. 549 of 2015 which is under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The parties state that domestic violence proceedings

APL 1009-16.doc instituted by Respondent No. 2 are already withdrawn. Respondent No. 2 has tendered an Affidavit on 16.07.2018 in present matter annexing therewith Consent Terms. She informs Court that she is staying with her mother and brother and taking education for Commerce degree.

She also admits that she has received Rs. 3,00,000/- as settled between parties.

In view of this statement and developments, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
