Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for issuance of a fresh notice to Respondent No.3 - Smt. Shantabai Vijay Patil at her present correct address, as stated in para -3 of the civil application. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for fresh service to respondent no.3. Hence, following order :

i. Office is directed to issue fresh notice to the respondent no. 3 at her present correct address, as stated in para 3 of the application, returnable after twelve weeks.

ii. In addition to usual mode of service, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent no.3 by private notice either by registered post A.D. and/or by hand delivery and file affidavit of service to that effect.

This civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
