C.:- 1) At the outset the learned APP on instructions from Mr. Kiran Chavan, Police Constable of Mandrup Police Station, Solapur, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, Police have filed charge-sheet on 29th April, 2017 in the Court of JMFC, Solpaur and the same is numbered as C.S. No. 38/2017.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off . 4) All contentions of both parties are kept open. (SHYAM C. CHANDAK,J.) (A. S. GADKARI, J.) 1/1
