This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.I-39-2016 registered with Palghar Police Station, District Palghar. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in BA No.1678 of 2016 to implead the original complainant Shri. Rahul Kamlakar Patil as respondent No.3. The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the stipulated time. Application is allowed in the above terms.
