This is an application for deleting the name of respondent No.3a and substituting her by respondents No.3a(i) and 3a(ii) in the cause title of the Civil Revision Application. Respondent No.3a died on 10.06.2019 and the Application is filed within limitation. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within one week from today.
