After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to CR No.80/2015 registered with Antop Hill Police Station, Mumbai, does not commence within a period one year from today. The said submission is made as the applicant is in jail since 3.4.2015. Leave and liberty granted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
