By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for writ of mandamus against the respondent no.3 Deputy Director of Education, Pune to include the name of the petitioner no.1 in the Shalaratha Pranali. It is not in dispute that the Education Officer has already passed the order approving appointment of the petitioner no.1 on 2nd August 2012. The said order is still in force. The Education officer cannot refuse to include the name of the petitioner no.1 in the Shalaratha Pranali. 3.

The Deputy Director of Education, Pune is directed to include the name of the petitioner no.1 in the Shalaratha Pranali within four weeks from today and to pay all consequential benefits payable to
