Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 21/01/209, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi (Borivali Divisoin), Goregaon, Mumbai, by which the applicant was released on bail on executing PB and SB of 50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in C.R.No. 320 of 2018 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits, that the applicant had preferred an application before the Sessions Court for modification of the said order and sought provisional cash bail for a period of six weeks, which was rejected. He submits, that against the said order, the applicant filed an application in this Court and this Court (Coram: P.D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 30/01/2019 allowed the said application and released the applicant on provisional cash bail for six weeks. He submits, that the applicant is unable to furnish one solvent surety as directed by the Trial Court and requests that applicant be permitted to furnish two or more sureties in the like amount i.e. Rs.50,000/-. 4.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 21/01/2019 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi (Borivali Divisoin), Goregaon, Mumbai, directing the applicant to be released on bail on executing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount is modified to the extent, that the applicant shall now be released on bail on executing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- with two or more sureties in the like amount. Time to furnish sureties is extended for a period of four weeks. Rest of the conditions to
