On an application filed by the applicant to furnish surety of Thane and Aurangabad District instead of local surety or his release on cash surety, the Additional Sessions Judge passed the following order:

"4.

The applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 28.07.2022 passed in bail application No.788/2022 on executing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with a local surety in the like amount alongwith other conditions. The offence is of serious nature. Therefore, the apprehension of the prosecution that if the applicant is released on cash bail, he may not attend the court date regularly or available during trial, is well founded. I, therefore, pass the following order:- Ashish Mhaske

The application is rejected.

Mis. Application No.250/2022 stands disposed off, accordingly."

The learned counsel for the applicant only seek a relaxation of the condition of furnishing local surety. Though, I am not inclined to consider his prayer for being released on cash bail, the relaxation can be granted by permitting surety either from Thane district or Aurangabad District. With the aforesaid modification to the order dated 28/07/2022, the application is disposed off.
