These matters are placed by the Registry on the Board pointing out a report of the Pimpri police station dated 8.12.2016. The report is alongwith the statement of one Deepak Kumar Ajit Kumar dated 7.12.2016 where he has mentioned that one Nagkumar Kunchagi was his uncle, however, he expired two years prior to the date of the statement. The police have accordingly submitted the report.
