The Applicants are permitted to intervene in the Petition.

Smt. Jagtap learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Fee Regulatory Authority states that the final fees for the academic years 2017-18 as well as 2018-19 will be decided by the Fee Regulatory Authority within a period of 6 weeks if the Petitioners submit their proposal prior to 31/10/2018. 4.
Shri Thorat submits that the proposal is already submitted.

We find that if Fee Regulatory Authority decides the fees finally, it will resolve the entire issue. As such, the Petitions are directed to be kept for further orders on 17/12/2018. To be kept along with Writ Petition No. 5346 of 2018 & Writ Petition No. 12475 of 2018.
