After hearing the present application for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the applicant, the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if the trial is not completed within a period of 9 months from today.

The learned APP on instructions submits that the charge has already been framed in Sessions Case No.457 of 2014 and the date for recording evidence of the complainant is scheduled on 24.11.2015. She further submits that the prosecution intends to examine approximately 15 witnesses in the present case. In that
