4] Respondent No.6 being minor, affidavit of the guardian and certificate of the Advocate, is also filed on record to state that the 510 FA 868 OF 2018 1/2

settlement arrived at is in the best interest of the minor child. The affidavit and the certificate are taken on record and marked as Annexure "A"and "B", respectively.

5] The Consent terms arrived at between the parties are taken on record. The contents therein are admitted by the appellant and respondents. Hence they are taken on record and marked as Annexure "C" for identification.

6] In view the Consent Terms, the appeal is disposed off. 7] An amount of Rs.25,000/- which is deposited in this Court as statutory deposit be transferred to the Tribunal; where appellant will be entitled to withdraw the said amount. 8] The Court Refund Certificate be issued as per rules.
