In exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for. The authorised officer has directed to provide shelter to the aged mother, which was denied by the son and his wife. In equity jurisdiction, the order passed by the authorised officer needs no interference. There is no need to cause interference in the impugned order, which according to us meets the ends of justice. Writ petition is devoid of substance. Hence, rejected. Sd/- Sd/- [V. M.
