Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company. Perused the appeal memo and other relevant documents. Issue notice to Respondent, returnable on 04.09.2018. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that appellant-Insurance Company has already deposited the entire decretal amount as per the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Learned Counsel for the appellant requested for stay. In view of submission about the depositing of entire decretal amount, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned M.A.C.T.
