Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted by the learned District Judge-6 and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane vide order dated 15th July 2015 to respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

Learned A.P.P has tendered a report of Mr. G. L. Shewale, PI (Crime), Mumbra Police Station, Thane, stating therein that the trial of the SQ Pathan 1/2

10-APPLN-542-2015.doc respondents-accused has already commenced and that the complainant's evidence is over. The said report is taken on record. The allegation as against the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 i.e. the husband, mother-in-law, father-inlaw and sisters-in-law, aged 20 and 19 years, both students, is under Section 498A, 313 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having perused the impugned order granting pre-arrest bail to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5, no infirmity can be found in the same. Even otherwise, the trial has commenced.

Considering the aforesaid, no ground is made out for interfering with the impugned order dated 15th July 2015. Application is accordingly dismissed.
