Learned counsel for Applicant states that during pendency of this application the charge-sheet being filed and one of the accused being granted bail, the Applicant is seeking leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions for the purposes of bail and for giving appropriate directions to the Court of Sessions.

In the premises aforesaid, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn. It is clarified that the same was withdrawn without advancing any submission upon the merits of the matter. Liberty to the Applicant to renew the prayer for bail before the Court of Sessions. Megha 1 of 2

In event of such an application being preferred Court of Sessions shall decide the same at the earliest in accordance with the law and in any event within a period of six weeks from the date of other side appear in the matter. Sessions Court shall decide it accordingly uninfluenced by the earlier order of rejection passed by the said Court and / or uninfluenced by act of withdrawal of the present application before this Court.
