This application is for deleting the name of applicant no.1, Mr.Shagir Ahmed Siddiqui who died on 11.3.2013.

Considering the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:

"(a) The name of the Applicant No.1 be deleted from the cause title and the present Mohite 1/2

(b) Consequential amendment be granted."

B) Amendment be carried out within 8 weeks from today, failing which Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
