ORDER:

The Affidavit filed on behalf of the State Government categorically states that the compensation amount is calculated as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

In the circumstances, we do not see any merit in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition shall accordingly stand dismissed. We however make it clear that it is open for the Petitioners to challenge the quantum of compensation in accordance with law. 1/2
