After hearing at considerable length, this Court expressed is noninclination to grant bail at this stage. Learned counsel appearing for applicant seeks permission for withdrawal with liberty to apply, if the trial has not commenced within six months.

In view of above, application stand disposed since withdrawn. The Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. The applicant is at liberty to approach this Court, if trial could not commenced within the period of six months from today.
