In pursuance to the impugned judgment dated 18th January, 2012 and in terms of the order dated 18th August, 2016 passed by this Court, the original Appellant has deposited Rs. 25,80,000/- in the Registry of this Court towards non providing of residential accommodation to the Applicant.

We direct the Registry to allow the Respondent-wife to withdraw 50 % of the said amount, on the Respondent-wife's furnishing an undertaking to the effect that she will re-deposit the said amount in case the Appeal succeeds.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
