This is an application filed by the applicant wife seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings from the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangli to the Court of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel. The applicant wife is having 1/2

18.mca 232-19.doc 7 months old son who she has to look after. She is without any source of income. She is presently residing with her parents. The distance between Sangli to Panvel is almost 450 kilo meters. 4.

Considering these circumstances, this is a fit case to transfer the proceedings from Sangli to Panvel. 5.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
