The Petitioner who is a resident of village Manjari Khurd, Tal-Haveli, District-Pune has a grievance about the functioning of the members of the Gram Panchayat-Respondent No.7. It appears that the Petitioner has made certain complaint upon which the Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad, Pune has issued a communication to the Block Development Officer, Taluka -Haveli, District Pune on 11 July by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

Admittedly, the Petitioner has no personal cause but, is seeking to espouse a public cause. His complaint has already been taken cognizance of by the concerned Authority which has initiated the process by issuing communication dated 11 July 2022. Since the Chief Executive Officer has already taken cognizance of the Petitioner's complaint and has issued necessary communication, we do not find any warrant to interfere in the Writ jurisdiction. By this order, we are not to be construed as conferring any special locus on the Petitioner. 3.
