The challenge in this petition is to the order by which the learned Minister of State (Co-operation), while dismissing the revision application has confirmed the order passed appointing an administrator by the Dy. Registrar of Co-operative Society on 28/2/2014. It is undisputed that after this order regular elections have taken place and a new managing committee has come into being force which is managing the affairs of the society. 2.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner in all fairness states that nothing survives in the petition. The only limited prayer is to expedite the proceeding in Dispute No.275/III/2014 (old case No.01/2014) which are pending before the learned Co-operative Court at Mumbai.

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of. The learned Co-operative Court shall proceed to decide the dispute as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the receipt hereof. The parties to co-operate for the time bound disposal of the dispute.
