The learned A.P.P., in furtherance of the order dated 25/08/2022, makes a statement that no amount has been credited to the account of the applicant, who is the ex-wife of accused No.1 Ravi Shantaram Gurav, who is already in custody and on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has been fled against him. In view of the above, the applicant deserves protection from arrest in the following manner. M.M.Salgaonkar

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.52 of 2022 registered with Tilak Nagar Police Station, Dombivli , applicant-Effy Ravi Gurav @ Ms.Effy Nicholas D'Silva shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 15th & 16th September, 2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and, thereafter, as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Offcer and shall not tamper with evidence.
