P.C. :- 1] This petition challenges the order dated 8 May 2015 to the extent that the Petitioner's prayer for deciding the suit in time bound manner and preferably within a period of six months has been dismissed.

2] By the impugned order, the hearing in the suit has already been expedited. The Petitioner had earlier approached the Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench of this Court by its order dated 16 March 2015 had observed that the benefit which is available to the senior citizens is not available to the Petitioner, which is a Limited Company on the ground that one of the Directors is a senior citizen.

3] In view of the aforesaid, it cannot be said that there is any jurisdictional error in the making of impugned order. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
