The Registrar (Judicial) by his order dated 21st March 2016 dismissed the above writ petition for non removal of office objections. In paragraph 2, the Applicant has made averments as to the circumstances under which the objections could not be removed within time. The learned Counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that he will remove all the office objections within two weeks. In paragraph 3, the Applicant has explained the delay occurred in filing present application, which explanation in our view is satisfactory. In these circumstances, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Writ petition is restored to the file. Let the writ petition come up for admission on 12th February 2018. Civil Application stands disposed of.
