Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders a copy of the praecipe dated 4th December,2017 informing the Registrar Judicial that the petitioner has already collected the papers as well as NOC from the learned advocate on record. He has also annexed a copy of the Vakalatnama on which the learned advocate on record has given his NOC on 25th July, 2015. The petitioner has not engaged any other advocate till date.
