This is an Application sent through jail by the Applicant thereby praying that the Criminal Appeal No.45 of 2012 may be heard as early as possible. The Applicant in his Application has stated that he had already undergone imprisonment of approximately seven years out of ten years sentence awarded to him.

In view of the above, the Registry is hereby directed to place the Criminal Appeal No.45 of 2012 on final hearing Board as per its turn from the week commencing from 2nd February, 2015. The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. A copy of this order may be communicated to the Applicant who is undergoing the sentence in jail.
