Heard both the parties.

The above proceedings are filed for esxtension of parole. It is not disputed that the period for which the Applicant was granted parole and has expired thereafter, he has surrendered before the jail authority. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Application and so also the Petition. Both are disposed off accordingly.
