Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has not complied with the order dated 28th June, 2017. He submits that infact, an application, being Criminal Application No. 752 of 2017, was filed by the applicant seeking extension of time to deposit the said amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 28th June, 2017, however, the said application seeking extension of time for one month i.e. from 12th August, 2017 to 12th September, 2017 has also expired. He submits that he has received no instructions from the applicant.

Perused Criminal Application No. 752 of 2017. The prayer seeking extension of time has expired and as such the application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Admittedly, the applicant has not complied with the order dated 28th June, 2017, hence, the interim order dated 28th June, 2017 stands vacated. 3.

List the Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1079 of 2017 along with Criminal Application no. 553 of 2017 on 5th October, 2017. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
