Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Applicant has made three prayers. First, to quash the F.I.R. No. 673 of 2020 at Deccan police station, Pune. Second, to modify the conditions of the order dated 14 July 2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. Third, to direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 3 to pay compensation to the Applicant for harassment.

31-apl-907-21 relief will not pertain to this Court, which the learned counsel for the Applicant accepts and it is not pressed in this Application. As regards quashing of F.I.R. is concerned, after having expressed that this is not a case where extraordinary jurisdiction of this court can be exercised, the learned counsel for the Applicant withdraws the prayer for quashing of the F.I.R.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states, on instructions, that as regards direction to pay interim compensation to the Applicant, he will file a separate Writ Petition. 5.

The Application is disposed of accordingly.
