The learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 on instructions submits that the Applicant No.1 has expired and that the dispute between the Respondent No.1 and the Applicant No.2 has been settled amicably. He has submitted that in view of the pendency of this application, the Respondent No.1 could not withdraw the proceedings before the trial Court. He submits that the Respondent No.1 will withdraw the complaint filed before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today. Even otherwise the Applicant No.2
