By this petition, sent through jail, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of his case, specially on day-to-day basis. 2.

The case is of the year 2018, registered with the Sewree Police Station, Mumbai, essentially under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP states that the trial in the said case has commenced and till date, three witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. She further states that the prosecution intends to examine 14 more witnesses in the said case.

Having regard to the fact that the trial has commenced and three witnesses have been examined, till date, the learned Trial Judge, to conduct the case as expeditiously as possible. 5.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
