Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the petitioner (original complainant) and the learned A.P.P. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks the following prayer :- (a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to release the passport of the applicant bearing No.J0636666.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that certain documents were seized by the police of the Hadapsar Police Station, Pune, in connection with C.R.No.576 of 2013, which was registered qua the applicant, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He submitted that several documents were seized and one of the document which was seized was the passport of the applicant. He submitted that the applicant intends to travel abroad for her professional work and seeks release of the applicant's passport. 4.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner - original complainant opposes the application.

Learned APP has no objection if the passport is released in favour of the applicant.

Perused the application. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and respondent no.1 is directed to release the passport of the applicant bearing No.J0636666, within one week from today.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
