Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in spite of the best efforts being made to settle the dispute with the Respondent-Bank, no amicable settlement could be worked out. This petition is filed in 2013.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for both the parties that although an attempt of settlement was made and since no settlement was arrived, we are of the considered view that since the Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of filing revision under S. 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. We are, therefore, inclined to dispose of this petition, granting 1 / 2

1 - WP. 7949-13 liberty to file revision under S. 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, within a period of four weeks from today. If such a revision is filed alongwith the application for condonation of delay, the said delay may be suitably condoned, keeping in mind the fact that present writ petition is pending for a substantial period of time. All contentions raised by all the parties in this petition are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
