The Petitioner preferred an application for parole. The said application was dated 21.6.2012 and it was rejected on 17.7.2013. Being aggrieved thereby the Petitioner has preferred the present petition.

The jail chart is taken on record and marked 'x' for identification. The jail chart shows that the Petitioner was released on furlough from 16.10.2012 to 21.11.2012. Thereafter the petitioner was released on furlough on 10.9.2015. In the year Megha 1/2
