Heard learned counsel for the applicant on Civil Application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application seeking condonation of delay, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing of the application within time. In the circumstances, the delay in filing the application is condoned. We have also considered merits of the application. We find that the applicant has satisfactorily explained the reasons in not removing the office objections within time. In the circumstances, we allow the application.
