Learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company submits that the applicant-insurance company has already deposited entire compensation amount before the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Mahad at Raigad in Application (WCA) No.86/B-12/2013. Learned Counsel requested to grant stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and award dated 9th March, 2018.

In view of submissions about deposit of entire compensation before the learned trial Court, there is no impediment to grant stay. Hence, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 9th March, 2018 passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Mahad at Raigad in Application (WCA) No.86/B-12/2013.
