The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the final order passed by the Election Commissioner on delimitation of Wards of District Panchayat, Daman. This order dated 4th August 2015 was issued in view of the ensuing elections then.

It appears that with passage of time, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with passage of time. 4.

Rule discharged. No costs.
