Heard Mr. Solkar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Ms. Srivastava, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent - State.

In the Writ Petition, the Petitioners have sought various reliefs. Mr. Solkar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has submitted that a Change Report dated 03.01.2007 is pending for the last several years and same may be directed to be disposed of in a time bound manner.

Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 states that the said Change Report will be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
