Heard. The petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of FIR bearing No. 1207 of 2014 dated 22nd July 2014 registered with Rabale Police Station. We have gone through the same. Perusal of the same, prima facie, does disclose the commission of cognizable offence. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition and exercise our extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
