The affdavit-in-reply fled by the complainantrespondent No.2 is taken on record. 2.

Admittedly, the applicants are issued with the notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. on 09/08/2022. It is expected that they shall report to the Investigating Offcer within 7 days from today.

Upon their appearance, the Investigating Offcer shall interrogate them in the wake of the accusations faced by them and in case, he is desirous of effecting their arrest, he shall record his reasons in writing. Further, on being satisfed that the custodial interrogation is necessary, he shall serve 72 hours notice on the applicants.

The applications stand disposed off.
