This petition is filed seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondent nos. 3 and 4 to produce the petitioner's son Suthiksh Ryan aged 3 years. The petitioner is the mother of the minor child, and respondent no. 4 is the petitioner's husband and father of the minor child.

By order dated 4th August 2023, we had directed respondent no. 3- Wadala T.T. Police Station, Mumbai, to produce petitioner's son - Suthiksh Ryan, before us today. Pursuant to our order, the petitioner's son-Suthiksh Ryan is produced before us by PSI Kiran Ratnakar Nawle.

Petitioner's son is aged about 3 years and was living with the petitioner at the relevant time when respondent no. 4 had forcibly taken away Suthiksh Ryan from the custody of the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that on 13th July 2023, at around 12.00 noon, when the petitioner had gone to drop Suthiksh Ryan at school, respondent no. 4 had forcibly snatched her son and fled with him and was thereafter not traceable.

Pursuant to our order dated 4th August 2023, Suthiksh is produced before us today.

We find it necessary to acknowledge and appreciate the prompt and immediate action by PSI Kiran Ratnakar Nawle in tracing out respondent no. 4 and producing the minor child before us. We request 2/3

learned APP to forward a copy of this order to the concerned Assistant Commissioner of Police for intimating our appreciation towards the prompt and immediate action taken by PSI Kiran Ratnakar Nawle along with his team pursuant to our order dated 4th August 2023. 7.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are necessary. Hence, the petition is disposed of.
