By these two separate applications, the applicant has made a similar prayer for reduction in his bail amount. The record discloses that by an order dated 17.6.2014 this Court has granted bail to the applicant in Criminal Bail Application No.524 of 2014. While releasing the applicant on bail it is ordered that, the applicant may be released on bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount or two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each. The applicant in the present application has stated that though the order is passed on 17.6.2014 till date he could not comply with the said

2 /2 condition and therefore, is still languishing in Jail. 2) After taking into consideration the facts mentioned in the applications and the fact that, though the applicant was ordered to be released on bail by order an order dated 17.6.2014 still he is unable to comply with the condition imposed upon him, I am of the opinion that the said condition needs to be modified. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

a) The condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 17.6.2014 is hereby modified and the applicant is ordered to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

b) Both the applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms. c) The Registry to communicate this order to the applicant who is lodged in Mumbai Central Prison,Mumai as early as possible. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
