This is an Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.334/2022 registered with Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, Solapur Rural for offences punishable under sections 326, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties. 3.

This Court by order dated 25/08/2022, had granted interim protection to the Applicant since the injuries sustained by the 1/2

Learned APP states that the medical certificate also prima facie reveals that the injuries inflicted by the Complainant were simple in nature. He further states that the Applicant had reported to the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation. Even otherwise, the other offences are bailable. Hence, the interim bail granted by this Court on 25/08/2022, stands confirmed. 5.

Application stands disposed of.
